Dear Homeowner :

One of the most important things you can do to assist us in getting the highest price for your home is to prepare for the photographer.

Your home will be posted on numerous internet websites. Most buyers decide if they want to view your home by visiting these various sites. The importance of this initial presentation is crucial in our efforts to get the most potential prospects to view your home and potentially make an offer.

It would be beneficial for you to prepare for the important photography of your home by following some very simple guidelines that are suggested below:

PREPARING THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME:

  • Remove the cars from the driveway and the immediate surrounding street.
  • Remove and roll up garden hoses in front and back yards and remove trash cans from view.
  • Request neighbors to remove cars, trash containers, etc. (They would want their home to look good too!)
  • Pick up children’s toys, pet bowls, and yard equipment. Have your outside yards neatly manicured and clutter free.
  • Have all pools, spas or hot tubs clean and display patio furniture in an inviting manner.

SCHEDULING:

  • Alarm Codes – Please make sure that we have the current alarm code.
  • Pets – Please arrange to have them in a safe place and secure from the photographer.
  • Inclement Weather – In the case of inclement weather, the photography of your home may be rescheduled in part or in whole. In this event, it will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date depending on the condition of the home and the geographical area.
  • Confirmation – we will send out a confirmation email. In the event you do not respond to the date and time window within the 24 hour time period, we will need to reschedule at a later date.
